Deciding on the Motion of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Canton 10 Livno to extend custody, on 16^th October 2025 the Cantonal Court in Livno issued a decision granting the Prosecution’s motion, and ordered the suspect M.Š. (44) into extended custody. Under the Decision, custody has been extended for two more months and it may last no longer than 19^th December 2025.

M.Š. is suspected of the criminal offense of Robbery under Article 288, Paragraph 2 as read with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
